PPC Executive (U.K. only)
PPC Executive Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PPC Executive to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the creation, optimization, and reporting of PPC campaigns as directed by the Marketing Team. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, they will be responsible for delivering customer-focused, profitable, multi-category campaigns to agreed targets. Additionally, the PPC Executive must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
This is a primarily remote position for a candidate in the Manchester area that will be able to meet in-person with the local team as needed in our Ancoats Urban Village workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Run and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads and Tik Tok Ads.
- Use analysis to optimise campaign performance and growth
- Produce and share reports, results and insights
- Marketplace experience i.e. worked with multiple brands as an aggregator - i.e. the Bazaar.
Skills / Attributes Required:
- A degree or equivalent marketing qualification (e.g. CIM)
- PPC or Digital Marketing PPC knowledge
- Highly numerate with advanced Excel experience
- Ability to interpret and analyse large amounts of complex data from multiple sources
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates should be able to provide examples of previous campaigns they have completed and the results, preferably using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) approach.

Regulatory Compliance Specialist (U.S. only)
Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Maharishi Ayurveda is seeking a full-time team member to manage the company's regulatory compliance needs. This position will be working from home and reports directly to our Product Development Manager.
Required Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of compliance, including FDA and FTC regulations, as they pertain to the dietary supplements, food and the cosmetics industry
- Working knowledge of testing specifications for supplements, food, and the cosmetic industry
- Knowledge of trademark law a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, team player
- Ability to think creatively, but in a compliant manner, to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to handle requests from multiple departments
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- B.A. or M.A. in related field
- Ayurvedic knowledge a plus
- 5+ years of experience in compliance and the dietary supplement industry
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring compliance with all local, state and national regulations (including FDA & FTC) across all departments
- Verify compliance of new brands, vendors, ingredients, and products
- Review marketing content, website, label text, and articles for compliance
- Develop regulatory structures and processes to ensure on-going compliance across various departments
- Ensure product testing standards are in compliance with national and California Prop 65 standards, and are followed by manufacturer, suppliers and co-packers
- Oversee product testing software parameters
- Complete annual Prop 65 compliance measures
- Manage trademarks with trademark lawyer, including renewals and trademark infringement work
- Research and pursue the removal of grey goods being sold on Amazon and other websites
- Act as a liaison with FDA, trademark, and/or Prop 65 lawyers
- Manage all signed agreements including NDA, IP, supplier agreement, distributorship, etc.
- Facilitate organic certification approval for any new packaging, supplier or ingredient changes
- Maintain updated list of ingredients that can’t be imported, including banned herbs or endangered species
- Manage over the counter drug applications with the FDA
- Pursue certifications or accreditations to help to set the brand apart and contribute value
- Manage international compliance requirements, including registration of products for sale in other countries (i.e. Canada and the UK), international testing standards, trademark registrations, etc.
- Manage claim substantiation file for all products
- Ensure that 3rd party branded products are in compliance
- Manage audits and inspections for manufacturers and warehouse
- Train team members on compliance regulations
- Address any FDA warning letters, 483 forms, etc.
- Notify key stakeholders of any regulatory changes, and ensure compliance before new regulations go into effect

Salary: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
