Pour 8oz of freshly boiled water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. For full-bodied flavor, cover & steep for 4-6 minutes. Strain herbs from tea. Add fresh lemon or honey if desired. Breathe deeply, sip slowly & enjoy the cool & calm. SIZE: 8 oz metal canister. Approximately 24 servings.
